Vendor Information

In anticipation of the Esky150 Sesquicentennial Celebration activities, the esky150.org committee will be coordinating vendor activities in Ludington Park.

General Vendor Information

Vendors that wish to participate should review the schedule of activities, decide on the extent of their desired participation, then complete and submit their application. The Vendor will then be assigned a location for their participation in the festivities.

Applications must be received by April 15, 2013. Participating vendors will receive their participation instructions and location assignments by May 1, 2013.

There will be no up-front fee to participate. Vendors are asked to remit an amount equal to 10% of their gross receipts form their participation in the Esky150 Celebration activities by July 31, 2013. These monies will be used by the Esky150 Committee for costs associated with the event, with excess funds being contributed to charitable activities and organizations to benefit the Escanaba community.

Schedule for Ludington Park Vendors

Vendors will be allowed to operate during any hours they wish on these days. The suggested hours of operation coordinate with activities scheduled in Ludington Park. Please keep an eye on our calendar as events are still being added to the schedule.

Note: The Maritime Festival activities on Friday 7/12/2013 are being coordinated by Mollie Larson. Vendors that wish to participate in those activities need to contact Mollie Larson by email at mollie@bonifasarts.org or by contacting the Bonifas Arts Center directly.

Vendor Requirements

Insurance Requirements  -  All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance to: Esky 150 and the City of Escanaba, 410 Ludington Street, Escanaba, MI 49829. The Certificate must indicate at least $500,000 General Liability Limits, and indicate “Esky150 activities in Ludington Park, July, 2013.” An Insurance Certificate MUST accompany all applications!
